Giveaway Disclaimers (Official Rules Summary)

  1. Sponsor: IRMAA Certified Planner, 9701 Wildfire Circle, Lincoln NE (“Sponsor”).
  2. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older who attend the Aegis Expo between May 6 – 7 2025. Employees, agents, and immediate family of Sponsor are not eligible.
  3. How to Enter: Complete the online form with first name, last name, email, and phone by 11:59 p.m. CST May 8th 2025. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.
  4. Prize: One (1) grand‑prize package consisting of:
    • IRMAA Certified Planner designation course and exam fee (approx. value $695),
    • Custom advisor website setup (approx. value $1499),
    • 12‑month Healthcare Retirement Planner software license (approx. value $1200).
      Total ARV: $3,300. Prize is non‑transferable; no cash substitute.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification: Random drawing on May 15 2025at Sponsor’s offices. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days. If winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
  6. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of name, likeness, and business affiliation for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any damages arising from participation or prize use.
